Adult Development

Ready to level up your volleyball skills and advance your gameplay? Adult Representative Program is perfect for adult mens and womens to refine their volleyball skills in a fun and inclusive environment. Our friendly and professional Coaching Team are passionate about teaching athletes of many ages and abilities with an emphasis on teamwork, communication and skill mastery. Our training programs will allow you to specialise in your chosen position focusing on skill acquisition and improvement in these key areas:

• Serving, digging, setting, spiking and blocking techniques
• Hand-eye coordination, jumping footwork and arm swing mechanics
• Offensive strategies and defensive positions systems

Our highly qualified and accredited Coaching Team have decades of playing and coaching experience to help you build confidence and knowledge of the sport. This program guides players through the natural progression of volleyball with the goal of achieving more consistent and aggressive rallies i.e. serving and passing, setting and spiking, blocking and defence. All classes are 2 hours in duration and strictly limited to 24 players for maximum court time and personalised feedback:

• 15 minutes dynamic warm-up
• 1 hour 15 minutes skill development
• 30 minutes gameplay

How to Register

We welcome new members to join on a first-come, first-served basis. Returning players from the previous term will be prioritised with early access to register for the next term before it becomes available to new members. All players must first register for 'BVA Recreational Adult Membership - $75' which includes Player Accident Insurance.
