Please read these terms and conditions carefully before signing up to our Blacktown Volleyball Academy (BVA) Club Membership or any volleyball competitions, trainings and events hosted by BVA. By signing up to any volleyball competitions, trainings and events hosted by BVA, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

BVA Club Membership

All participants must register as a member of Blacktown Volleyball Academy with at least 'BVA Recreational Membership' in order to participate in any volleyball competitions, trainings and events hosted by BVA.

• It is an annual club membership which commences on 1st April 2024 and expires on 31st March 2025.
• BVA Club Membership cannot be shared or transferred to another person.

Conditions of Entry

BVA reserves the right to refuse entry or remove participants from any volleyball competitions, trainings and events hosted by BVA, where BVA has reasonable grounds to suspect a participant has breached any of the following terms and conditions:

• No smoking, consumption of alcohol or illicit drugs at any time.
• No consumption of food on the court at any time.
• Appropriate indoor sports shoes and sportswear must be worn at all times.
• Behave appropriately and follow the lawful directions of staff at all times.
• Derogative comments, abusive language and inappropriate or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
• Participants with serious medical conditions or recovering from an illness or injury should advise staff.

Refunds & Cancellations

• All registrations and purchases are final.
• Club memberships and registrations cannot be transferred to another person.
• Monetary or credit refunds will not be issued due to change of mind.
• Monetary or credit refunds may only be issued if volleyball competitions, trainings and events are rescheduled or cancelled by BVA.
• BVA reserves the right to review reasonable requests for refunds or make-up lessons on a case-by-case basis i.e. serious injury, sickness or personal extenuating circumstances.

Photography & Videography

• Photography and videography captured during any volleyball competitions, trainings or events hosted by BVA may be used as marketing material for BVA’s social media and print media without any monetary compensation.
• Participants may download and share BVA's photography and videography only for personal use.
